Cafédele was born from my passion for coffee, my love of human connection, and my passion for teaching and learning. For me, coffee is never just a drink — it is a moment to pause, to share, and to truly connect with others.

My connection to Spain is deeply rooted in my family history. I am the daughter of a Spanish father and an Argentine mother, and the granddaughter of Spanish grandparents. I grew up surrounded by Spanish culture at home, especially through my grandmother Rosario, who used to show me photos of her beloved León and tell me stories about our family and our roots. Through her, I inherited a deep emotional bond with Spain that has stayed with me throughout my life.

That sense of connection — to people, to stories, and to heritage — has always been at the heart of who I am.

Teaching, in the same way, is also about connection. It is about relating to others and learning from and with them.

This is my way of honoring my roots and bringing together everything I love: coffee, teaching, and human connection.
